Feeding pumps for filterpresses.

Haecker piston pumps and piston diaphragm pumps from 0.5 to 20 m³ / h for charging filter presses are characterized by extreme robustness even under most difficult conditions. The high efficiency results in the lowest energy consumption and minimal wear even at an operating pressure of up to 20 bars. A life of 30 years is not uncommon.
The piston pump, manufactured in a modular system is supplied with a polypropylene housing that is highly resistant to aggressive and abrasive media.
It is driven mechanically by a sturdy gear motor via a long-stroke crank mechanism onto the wear-resistant plunger-piston.

The piston is made of precision ground hard ceramic.
A piston seal that is specifically designed for abrasive media, guarantees a low wear.
The valves, designed as ball valves, are insensitive and have a long life.
The valve body can be rotated by 3x90 °, thus enabling multiple pipe settings.

Haecker pumps demonstrate beside the enormous long life an extremely simple and very accessible mechanical structure. All contact with the medium parts are made of plastic.
