Filter presses are the heart of plants for solid / liquid filtration of slurries
and suspensions no matter if they are valuable products or from waste water treatment or from recycling of liquid. Haecker produces a wide range of
machines of all sizes and designs. They are adaptable to each individual task. No matter if a chamber or diaphragm presses, manually or automatically operated, fully
mechanized plate shifting together with a filter plate washing system, chemical cleaning of the filter cloth or a stainless steel design is required - Haecker
could take over almost every task. Lots of references of different applications stand for their own. Filter
presses from Haecker are based on a standardised
component system. This is achieved by a ingenious variety of machinery for an economic use in any application:
• Standard filter press skeletons made from high grade steel and special design up to 20 bar operation pressure.
• Corner or centre feed design. • Closed or open filtrate drainage, optional filter cake washing or cake drying by air.
• Rectangular or round sidebars made from one piece, covered by wear resistant stainless steel.
• High grade, multiple coated painting, stainless steel or plastic coated surfaces for almost every site condition.
• The hydraulic power pack, the pneumatic control system and if required also the membrane squeezing system
is built into the housing of the hydraulic stand and therefore protected from any dirt.



• Single or double acting hydraulic rams for closing of the filter press are produced
by Haecker.
• Fully mechanised plate shifting and high pressure filter cloth cleaning mechanisms are available.
• Polypropylene or stainless steel chamber plates, diaphragm plates made of Polypropylene, PVDF or detachable
EPDM diaphragms are available.
• Mono or multi filament fabrics for filter cloths in different
designs and materials.
• Chamber depth range from 15mm up to 50mm according to DIN 7129.
